Terms and Conditions

• Your Zoom Username must be the same or similar to your full name. Others won’t be allowed to enter the Training Sessions.
• The Registration Confirmation will be sent within 24 hours after successful payment. If you didn’t receive the confirmation mail within 24 hours, please feel free to contact us at megasymposium2022@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-8075219002
• In any unseen circumstances, if the speaker is unable to come for the session, the session will be either postponed or the recorded video will be shared.
• In any unseen circumstances if the speaker had to withdraw from the event, new speaker will be replacing his/her spot.
• If you are not able to attend the live session, you can watch the recording in the Private Facebook Group. If Facebook is not available in your country, we will send you the recordings via any cloud storage.
• The timings and dates of the sessions will be informed to you via mail or WhatsApp. Please look in to the schedule thoroughly and make sure that you don’t miss any live sessions.
• The Registration is Non Refundable in any circumstances.
• The Certificates will be sent by mail within 14 days after the event.
• Please ensure you enter the Full name correctly. No further corrections would be entertained.
