- Aaron is one of the most dynamic trainers, speakers and coaches in training industry. He has over 15
- years of training and coaching experiences ranging from small startup companies to large MNCs with

- and Mandarin. With his strong language skills, solid education background and continuous learning, he

- Aaron is also a professional member of N.C.S. (National Cartoonists Society), USA. NCS is the world’s
- largest and most prestigious organization of professional cartoonists. Aaron has produced four gamified
- cartoon cards since 2018. It has been used during training, coaching and self-reflections
- He has dynamic speaking ability with a humorous approach; he loves to be challenged by his
- participants, which is uncommon in this industry. One of his quotes is “I’ll be very excited if you ask a
- question which I can not answer, and I will reward you if that happens”. He believes learning comes alive
- when people are at ease, curious, and discover as though they are exploring an alternative path in life.
- He has worked with over 400 companies and coaches thousand of people annually.
- Aaron is also a certified virtual presenter by espeakers, USA. He has developed and launched 5-days
- Train-The-Trainer Masterclass to assist both internal and external trainers to up their skills of virtual
- delivery. A group of experienced trainers from L’Oréal was one of his recent batch.
- Some of this recent accomplishments (2018-2019) were he spoke in conferences and workshops in
- China covering thousand of people each session. Aaron has also conducted training for a group of MD
- from Asia Pacific, platform speaker for AIA , Canon and other sales conventions, productivity coach for
- automotive, FMCG and SME, retail coach for major retailers, having conducted hundreds of team
- building programs and many other events. He is passionate about Emotional Intelligence, Mindset and
