Jeanine has over 25 years professional experience working with multi-national, blue chip, and influential organizations in Qatar, UK and Australia. Her experience includes coaching, training, facilitation, communications, business development, marketing and recruitment across a variety of industries, professions and cultures.

Jeanine passionately supports organisations and individuals to achieve their objectives by working with people to assist them to unlock their hidden and powerful potential with the aim of creating significant transformational behavioural change to achieve measurable success for themselves and their organization beyond expectations. She works with teams as well as individuals (specialists right though to CEO level) as an executive and life coach, and a coach mentor/facilitator/trainer/supervisor.

As Director and Co-Founder of Empower World in Qatar in the Middle East, Jeanine and business partner Marie Quigley have coached, trained and supported thousands of coaches and leaders from all around the world including both indigenous and expat communities. They are passionate about teaching the skills of coaching, leadership, relationship building and effective communication. Their training programme has been approved by the ICF since 2014, and previously approved by the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management since 2010).

In 2015, Jeanine began her partnership with Rachel Petero in New Zealand who trained with Empower World in Qatar, 2012 to become a professional coach. Born in New Zealand, Rachel is Waikato-Tainui by whakapapa (geneaology). Her vision is to empower 100,000 women by 2025: www.rise2025.com. And in 2019, the first indigenous men joined the programme. The Rise 2025 coaching programme has attracted indigenous women and men from New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and Australia.
