She is an ICF accredited life coach (ACC), L&D professional, trainer, and facilitator with a background in educational management. With 10+ years of experience working with a wide range of individuals of various cultural, educational, and professional backgrounds, Maria pays special attention to intercultural communication, inclusion, diversity, equity, and belonging in the workplace.
