Founder of Embedded Ladders Career Consulting (ELCC).Prior to starting her own firm, she has worked with marketing companies for over 10 years.
Previously, she was employed with GIVA CONSULTING SARL, a marketing firm charged with marketing products from top companies like MTN Cameroon, NEXTEL etc. Having been a Professional job seeker herself, she taps from her position of administrative representative where she did a lot of recruitment and interviews, to be able to have an insight in the job hunt process.
Ngong Hedwig Tvi obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree African Studies with an option in International Relations from the University of Dschang. She is also in the process if finalizing her mini-MBA from CELBMD Africa.
